Q: Are game tickets included in the price of the bus pass?

A: Suite option yes. Single game or season pass option: No *for chargers tickets please call or email for options other Game tickets can be purchased through websites such as StubHub and Vivid Seats.

Q: Is there a restroom on the bus?

A: All buses have a restroom, except for the (13) passenger party bus.  Other buses range from (46) to (56) passengers have a restroom. 

Q:  Where does the bus drop off, and pick up at?

A: Old Town, Oceanside, TBD Orange County.

Q:  What time will we arrive?

A:  Our goal is to arrive 2.5 hours prior to kick off to allow ample time to for those who want to get into the stadium early to see the pregame festivities. 

Q:  What time do the buses depart?  

A:   We ask for everyone to return to your bus within (30) minutes of the game ending. Roll call will be taken before departure to assure everyone is on board. The bus MUST leave promptly. You will have to find other transportation with no refund if not onboard. We make every attempt to contact you prior to leaving.

Q:  Can we bring our own drinks / food?

A:  Yes, feel free to bring a small cooler, or bag of drinks / food. **No glass please** We try to take care of the food and drinks, but you are always welcome to bring more! 

Q:  Can we store personal items on the bus?

A:  Yes, you can leave items on the bus in the over-head compartment, or at your seat.  The bus is secure.

Q: If I miss the bus departure window, will I receive a refund?

A: No. All bus passes are final sale unless a bus ride is cancelled by 5 North Bolt for unforeseen reasons.  Please be on-time! All sales final.

Q: Are the food and drinks offered unlimited for the ride?

A: Yes, within reason.  We serve passengers snacks and drinks Any food or drinks purchased within the arena are your responsibility unless you are in our suite option where everything is still all inclusive  **We reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to any person determined to be intoxicated or is a threat to staff or any passenger. If you are a threat you will be sent to the proper authorities and will not be allowed to ride with us! These behaviors will not be tolerated. All sales final.

Q: Are minors allowed on the bus? 

A: Yes, however they must be accompanied by parent or guardian. 

**All 46 and 56 passenger buses used for games include a restroom on board. 

*Refund only available if not more than 30 passengers booked 1 week prior to game date.
